Where can we send cannabis seeds?

Cannabis seeds can be sent to most European countries. On the map below, all countries where cannabis seeds can be sent are marked in dark green. The lighter green area shows countries where some products can be sent, but no seeds. Unfortunately, products can not be sent to gray areas.
